Leaving a lucrative profession behind in November 2018 to dedicate himself full time to his music, Aaron Ray’s path since that life-changing move has seen him take his guitar around the world, cutting his teeth on stages in Australia, Indonesia, Spain, The Netherlands, Italy, Slovakia and the Czech Republic in 2019 alone.

With influences including Damien Rice and Ben Howard, Aaron Ray’s music tells a story through sometimes melancholic, always emotional lyrics with melodies that create an atmosphere of empathy and feeling. A strong stage presence ensures his songs are heard as well as felt by the listener, the lyrics telling a story to relate to.

Aaron Ray spent a week inside the Athens studio of Greek composer and artist Ilias Pantelias in October 2019 as he moves towards the releases in late 2019. 2020 promises to be a big year for the hard-working and passionate artist hailing from Adelaide, Australia as he looks to release more content and music towards a targeted debut EP release in late 2020.
